Say for like a wedding you want to lose a couple or maybe 5 pounds, anyone have a method that works in a couple of weeks?

I find that for me.. losing 5 lbs really doesn't change the way I look in something. If I want to look good right before an event.. I focus on parts of my body I want to look toned and work on them that week. Say I'm wearing a sleeveless dress - I do mad push ups all week. Even right before I leave.. I do them. Hope this helps! I'd recommend cutting out all sugar, and white flour out of your food. This way your body will use up your stored fat as energy and not the simple empty carbs.
